Your new Muck Boots will fit, or you may return them to us for an exchange...it's simple as that. And your purchase is guaranteed for one year against defects in workmanship or materials (but not damage incurred while wearing). We understand the difficulty associated with purchasing shoes and boots via the internet. This is why we have established a "Satisfaction Guaranteed" policy. If your shoes or boots do not fit properly, then we will be more than happy to exchange them. Simply follow the guidelines below: 1.) If you've ordered a size that just doesn't fit the way you want, you can return them, provided you have not worn the boots or shoes outside and they are being returned in "new" condition. They must be returned in the original Muck Boot box and be shipped inside of another box or wrapped in Kraft paper. Please include a note along with the correct size and your shipping address, if different from your original order. You are responsible for the cost of shipping back to Muckboots.com. We will bill your credit card a niminal fee of $5.00 per pair to cover a portion of the outbound shipping on the new shoes or boots (In most cases, this is lless than half the regular cost of shipping the first pair).
