As always, domestic shipping remains free anywhere
within the continental U.S. via UPS when we ship to a street address. Special
requests for shipment specifically via United States
Postal Service (USPS) will have a freight fee of $12.00
per pair added to the order for each pair of shoes or boots
ordered, and the extra charges will be billed to your credit card. If
you require shipment to Hawaii, Alaska, or a P. O. box, you must select
USPS as your shipping method, and we will bill an additional $20.00
per pair to cover the additional cost of shipping.
Our Promise to you...Satisfaction Guaranteed. Your Muck
Boots will fit, or you may return them to us for an exchange.
We understand the difficulty associated with purchasing shoes
and boots via the internet. This is why we have established a "Satisfaction
Guaranteed" policy. If your shoes or boots do not fit properly, then we
will be more than happy to exchange them. Simply follow the guidelines below:
1.) If you have ordered a size and it just doesn't fit the
way you want, you can return them, providing you have not worn the boots or
shoes outside and they are being returned in "like new" condition.
The shoes or boots must be returned in the original Muck Boot box and be shipped
inside of another box or wrapped in Kraft paper. Please include a note along
with the correct size and your shipping address, if different then your original
order. Also, include a $5.00 check to cover a portion of the outbound freight
of the new shoes or boots. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping
back to MuckBoots.com.
2.) Return shipments may be sent via US Postal Service or UPS
to: MuckBoots.com, 1243 Beaver Lake Dr., Texarkana, Texas, 75501.
3.) If we sent the wrong pair of shoes or boots, then the return
is simple. We will issue a UPS Call Tag for the pair that was shipped and send
you the correct size 3rd Day UPS the day following your notification of our
mistake. Please alert us by email at Customer
Support.
Our Shipping Policy
Products that are in stock at time of receipt of the order
will be shipped within 2-3 business days. While we have access to some
of the largest inventories of Muck Boots, there is a possibility that some items
will be out of stock. MuckBoots.com will make every effort in locating your
shoes or boots in the event that our distributors cannot supply our needs. If
we are unable to fulfill your order in a timely fashion, we will notify you
by email with possible substitutions as well as an estimated ship date of the
item you ordered. We believe that by notifying you as early as possible of backorders
empowers you to make a timely decision as to how you want your order to be handled.
All orders being shipped within the continental United States
are shipped with free freight via UPS-Regular Ground Service. If you prefer
another shipping method such as UPS-Next Day Air, UPS--2nd Day Air, or UPS-Saturday
delivery, please notify us by email at Customer Support
with your request and we will notify you of the ship date and the extra charges
that will be billed to your credit card.
All orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or P. O. boxes will
have a nominal freight fee of $20.00 added to the order for each pair of shoes
or boots ordered. We prefer not to add this fee, however, the additional costs
for shipping does not leave us with an alternative. All orders being shipped
to Hawaii or Alaska will be shipped via U.S. Postal Service. If you require
any other shipping method, please email us at Customer
Support.
Our Return Policy
MuckBoots.com guarantees that our products will be of the highest
quality and free from any defects. Items may be returned within 10 days of receipt
and after providing us with a return request email directed to Customer
Support. A re-stocking fee of $8.00 will be charged on all returns, except
for defective merchandise or exchanges. Boots or shoes that have visible wear
that would render them "unsellable" will not be accepted for credit,
unless they are being returned due to a material defect. MuckBoots.com
will replace a defective product or upon request, provide a full refund. If
the product was damaged or defective upon receipt, MuckBoots.com will issue
an UPS Call Tag for the item and ship the replacement item via 3rd Day UPS upon
receiving the defective item. If there was some other problem (wrong size ordered,
just didn't like the product, etc.), then the customer is responsible for return
shipping via UPS or U.S.. Postal Service. Tracking numbers should be emailed
to Customer Support. Credit
will not be issued until the item has been received in sellable (unworn and
unused) condition with all tags intact.
